Mostly positive experience
I decided to try Pai Wellness for a new diffuser and some oils. I ordered the Ultrasonic Diffuser along with a Lavender Essential Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil. The diffuser works well, and the oils are definitely pure and smell authentic, not artificial at all. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in Texas, which was a little longer than I hoped, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were clear. One small thing, I wish there were more detailed instructions for cleaning the diffuser in the box, but a quick search on their site probably would have helped. Good value for what I paid, and I'd likely order again.
Consistently good quality
This isn't my first order from Pai Wellness. I've bought their essential oils before and they're always reliable. This time I picked up a Eucalyptus Essential Oil and a Lemon Essential Oil for my diffuser.
